Roles & Responsibilities 🔨

• Execute go-to-market hands-on
• Build pipeline of next 500 customers to grow >€1M revenue and beyond
• Manage a network of (potential) contacts, customers and partners, from lead to contract to alliance
• Develop strategy to expand to new products, segments and markets, including translating customer feedback into RnD initiatives
• Conduct tastings, represent us at events and in the media
• Expand your impact by hiring 2 colleauges 9-15 months after start
• You spend as much time as possible on the road with the customers - and approx. 4-5 days per month in the office

Qualifications 💯

• Ideally Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, or related
• 1-5 years of previous work experience in business development or sales
• A track record of selling successfully
• Handling a high degree of ownership and self-management; being a team player
• Fluency in English and German
• Willingness to travel about once to twice per months for up to 2 nights each
